Hirstarts blocks are great fun to play with, we have many of the molds available in the studio and periodically cast up molds to add extra blocks to the various containers.
There was an excess of the 6″ fieldstone tower mold blocks laying around so I decided to build a few simple pieces to add to our own collection. These will be used in various games and battle reports ranging from Warhammer Fantasy and Kings of War to historical games like Hail Caesar. Being relatively non-period specific I think they’ll do just fine.
The layout of each piece allows miniatures to be placed in and around the models, though for other games (such as Warhammer Fantasy or Kings of War) they will serve as ‘road blocks’.
